Veyraxcel provides education, training, frameworks, and tools. It does not provide a "get rich quick" scheme, a job, or guaranteed income. Building an agency is a real business that requires consistent effort, skill, time, and the willingness to do outreach and sales. Your results depend on factors we do not control — including your effort, consistency, experience, market, offer, and execution.
Any statements about specific results, timeframes, income, or student numbers describe the past or aggregate experiences of specific individuals and are not a representation that you will earn or achieve anything. Many people who buy any "how to" information get little or no result, especially if they do not apply what they learn.
Nothing on this site should be taken as financial, legal, tax, or business advice. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and results.
Refund Policy
Veyraxcel is currently 100% free. No payment is taken at signup, there is no subscription, and therefore there is nothing to refund. You can stop using the platform at any time.
If paid offerings are introduced in the future
Should we ever introduce paid plans or products, each will state its own price, billing terms, and refund window clearly before you pay, and this section will be updated accordingly. Any future refund terms will be action-based — rewarding students who actually do the work — and refund requests will be handled at team@veyraxcel.com.
General terms
- Free access is provided as-is while we grow and may be changed or discontinued at our discretion (see Terms of Service).
- For any future paid offering, refund eligibility and windows will be stated at the point of purchase.
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in loss of access.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using Veyraxcel you agree to it.
What we collect
- Account data — your name and email when you register.
- Learning data — your progress, completed lessons, quiz results, homework, and any niche/goal you tell us, so we can personalize your roadmap.
- Content you create — leads, notes, and other data you enter into the tools.
- Technical data — basic device/browser information and data stored in your browser (localStorage) to keep you signed in and remember your progress.
How we use it
- To provide the program, save your progress across devices, and personalize your experience.
- To send you transactional emails (for example, a password-reset code or important account notices).
- To improve the platform.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to operate Veyraxcel, including Supabase (database/hosting of app data), Resend (transactional email delivery), and our website host. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
Your choices & rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing team@veyraxcel.com. You may clear your browser storage at any time, which will sign you out.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the platform at your own risk.
Children
Veyraxcel is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

By accessing or using Veyraxcel ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Veyraxcel provides online education, training content, scripts, templates, interactive tools, progress tracking, and community access for building a social media marketing agency. Access is for your individual use.
No guarantee of results
The Service is educational. We make no guarantee of income or specific results. See the Earnings Disclaimer above, which is incorporated into these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
Acceptable use
- Do not share, resell, or redistribute program content or your account access.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
All program content, frameworks, and materials are owned by Veyraxcel and provided under a limited, personal, non-transferable license for your own learning. They may not be copied, distributed, or used to build a competing product.
Payment & access
Where a fee applies, access is subject to payment and the Refund Policy above. We may suspend access for non-payment or breach of these terms. While the platform is offered free, access may be changed or discontinued at our discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyraxcel and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business losses, arising from your use of the Service. Your total remedy is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
